Solar, Utilities, and Home-Grown Tomatoes

The small town of Belmont, Massachusetts, located near Boston, has been dealing with its own “war on solar.” The local municipal utility has been taking some bad advice, and as a result, the town is considering gutting their net metering rates in order to make it almost worthless to install solar.
